To purchase a lot, go back to the main page and click on any available lot. After that, you'll have to fill some information including your website, your slogan, your email (we hate SPAM too, don't worry), and your selected building size. We'll contact you in less than 24 hours, reserve your lot, and tell you if we approve your website. You can then decide on your desired building and its size from our templates. Then, when you are ready and we give you the green light, you can pay for your lot and building through Paypal or MoneyBookers.

Payment methods

There are four available building sizes:

Small (US$100) - Banner: 40x20 pixels - Small, text-only banner	Medium (US$200) - Banner: 40x20 pixels isometric - Text or pixel Logo banner
Big (US$300) - Banner: 60x30 isometric - Custom-made pixel Logo	Custom (email for price) - Big custom-made pixel logos - Custom building or billboard

Guidelines

You are paying for the right to show your desired building, website URL, logo, and slogan, at PixelEstate.com. You do not own any portion of the website. However, with your one-time purchase, we can garantee that your building will remain on PixelEstate.com for at least 5 years, or for eternity we hope! Only normal websites (HTTP) are allowed.

You CANNOT sell your right at PixelEstate.com to anyone, and you cannot choose another logo once you've decided, since the logo is custom-made. Changing your website is only available when you are moving your website or any similar reason that can be easily verified, for example moving from www.my-url.com to www.myurl.com. The slogan can be changed.

Once you have made your purchase, please keep in mind that refunds are not available, since we are making custom logos. However, small changes to your logo are possible.

You can upgrade your building size whenever you wish for the difference of your previous purchase. For example, if you purchase a $100 building and later decide to upgrade for a $300 one, you only need to pay $200. However, prices may change in the future without prior notice.

Normally, you cannot change your building design. However, if we make new templates, we will inform you and allow you to select another template if you wish.

No offensive, adult-content, or illegal material, please. Also, slogans or logos that could affect other buyers are not allowed. We will review your site upon submission and periodically to see that it complies with our own judgement of allowed content.

You can choose to remove your building from our website, but no money will be refunded. This will render the lot for sale again, and others will be able to purchase it.

The number of lots may change in the future, but your lot will never be moved or deleted!

After we reserve your lot and send you information about your template, logo, and payment method, you have one week to decide and purchase your lot. If not, your reservation will be removed and anyone will be able to purchase that lot.
